FAQs
At LingoClass we try to make attending our courses as easy and simple as possible so you can focus on the learning and not the admin! In order to make sure everything's clear we've included some frequently asked questions below. We hope it helps!

In most cases students will level up with their current class. You will receive an email around the second last lesson of your current course to ask you whether you would like to continue to the next level. All available levels can be found on our website. Please note that not all levels are available at all times. Links for each language are included below:

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund in this situation but we will do our best to put you on a similar course. Please note we will need at least 24 hours notice to do this and there will be a £20 admin charge. You will not be able to start again from where you last attended, only from when you tell us you cannot attend. For example if you attend lesson 1, then miss lessons 2 and 3 before asking to be put on a different course, you will only be able to attend from lesson 4 onwards. However if you tell us after lesson 1 you will be able to attend from lesson 2 on your new course.
C. Online Group Lessons
In most cases students will level up with their current class. D. Private Lessons
Private lessons are our most flexible course option. You can agree suitable dates right at the start of the course. If you need to amend any of these dates after the course starts you must give us at least 48 hours notice or it will be charged as a lesson. You will also be given a course finish date at the start of your course, which means you have to have finished all lessons by this date. Any rescheduled lessons therefore must fall within this period.
You are welcome to learn with a friend or partner but they will also have to pay the full course fee.
If you would like to make a small customised group with your friends, adding one more member will be £10 more per hour, for example: 3 people small group book an offline 20 hours course, the hourly rate will be £55+£10+£10=£75 per hour.
*Please note that the private tuition groups are limited to a maximum of 3 people.
You are welcome to take a break in between terms. We do recommend continuing as quickly as possible in order to keep the learning momentum. Typically we see the greatest progress when lessons are continuous. If you would like to start your next term on a specific date you will need to pay a 1/3 course fee deposit so we can reserve our teachers' time.

F. Gift Vouchers
The voucher due date will be noted on the voucher when you buy it and will vary depending on when you purchase and how many course hours you buy. Please note this deadline is final and cannot be extended so don't wait too long! There is a sufficient period of time to allow them to explore our courses and decide on appropriate timings before booking.
*For both group courses and private tuitions, the vouchers must be redeemed within three (3) months from the date of purchase. Failure to redeem within this period will result in forfeiture of the voucher.
